Provide on-site support.
We come to you. Just like the good ol'days of the Doctor's house call. We'll fix your computer at your company site, right at your desk.
Provide 4 hour response time.
We know how valuable your time is. Our goal is to have you back up and running as soon as possible. Many times this can be handled with a simple phone call. For those times when you need us to be on site, we'll be there for you. We promise a 4 hour response time every business day. Some exceptions would be if the call is received after 2:00 PM, after hours or weekends. In these cases, we promise to be there first thing the next business day. If you need us on the weekends, we will make every effort to be there for you that same day.
Apple Warranty Assistance
We work with the Apple Warranty Center to fix your computer at your company site. We are one of only a handful of vendors that the Apple Warranty Center trusts with Apple warranty parts. This means they allow us to bring the parts to you. Often your machine won't have to go to the Apple Warranty Center to be repaired. We will be able to repair your computer at your company site for you. When we can't fix it on site, we will deliver your machine to the Warranty center, express it through the repair facility and return the machine to your desk.
Notify you and Install major software upgrades and updates.
We keep track 100's of software version numbers for thousands of people who visit our www.macversions.com web site everyday. We come to your computer and install the most reliable and stable version of your software to keep you up to date and running strong.
Provide Technology Consulting.
We keep up to date on the latest trends and products in the computing field so that we can pass that knowledge along to you. We work with you when you need to add or modify your hardware and software inventory.
Provide loaner equipment when available.
We maintain Mac equipment for living. We have computers, monitors and printers in our inventory. Should your computer, monitor or printer fail, we will make every effort to provide you a loaner as quickly as possible.
Provide 24 hour E-mail and phone support.
We are here for you, when you need us. You will be given a direct number to reach us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
